Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Due to the specialised nature of our products, returns are accepted only under limited circumstances.
✅ Defective or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@axiometapeptides.com.

To process your claim, we may require:

• Clear photographs of the damaged item(s)

• Return of the affected product(s) where applicable
   

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement product to be dispatched promptly. Please note that refunds are not issued for damaged or defective items; replacements will be provided instead.
❌ Unwanted or Incorrect Orders
We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect product selection

• Research incompatibility
   

Please ensure all products ordered are suitable for your intended research application before purchase.
🚚 Missing or Cancelled Orders

• Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund

• If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we may offer either a replacement or refund following investigation.
   

This does not apply to shipments delayed, held, or seized by customs or border authorities.

 2. Shipping Policy
All UK orders are dispatched using tracked delivery services.

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same working day

• Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays

• Most UK deliveries arrive within 1–2 working days, depending on courier performance and destination
   

While we aim for fast dispatch and delivery, next-day delivery is not guaranteed.
